2. Description:

SXBH double-cantilever submerged arc welding machine is widely used in large steel structure enterprises and has received a lot of praise from customers. This welding machine is most composed by moving trolley, vertical column, up platform, welding arm and tool carriage, welding seam tracking system, wire feeding device, wire reel supporter, flux recovery system, electrical control system, SAW source etc.

Moving trolley is composed by union of two moving beams. The moving trolley is driven by two motors speed-reducer, the system is double driving, which insure the moving stable and reliable. The moving trolley can hold two SAW power source.

Welding arm is the most important part for welding work, it can move horizontally on cross beam together with tool carriage, also can move up and down on directional wheel of the tool carriage.

Flux recovery system is composed of flux recovery machine, flux cylinder, flux bucket, flux feeding pipe, flux recovery pipe and so on. They work together to realize automation of flux feeding and recovery process.
