This series of welding positioner has three kinds with tilting, head and tail single rotation and head and tail double rotation. Through the rotation and overturning of the worktable, the work piece can be at the best position for welding or assembling. The rotation of the worktable is achieved through frequency poleless speed-adjusting. The equipment can be matched with the other welding equipment, which can form the semi-automatic or automatic welding machine.

Considering the eccentricity and gravity distance, we advise that the user should choose the suited lager equipment to fit the work piece with the length and gravity distance comparatively large. We can provide you with the technical parameter of the needed equipment such as size and weight of suited work piece, processing technology and processing method. We can also provide you with the appropriate options as the reference according to your need.

Welding positioner is mainly composed of worktable revolving unit and tilting unit.Work-piece fixed on the worktable can be placed to ideal position by elevating the worktable.Speed of worktable revolving is frequency conversion ster less to achieve satisfactory welding speed.

For the reason of eccentric-distance and gravity-center-distance, slightly higher model should be selected for longer work-pieces which gravity-center has greater offset.
