The hydraulic system of this machine is made by professional manufacture, made of motor, gear pump, hydraulic valve, oil box and assist components. The system has pressure control circuit, speed control circuit, direction control circuit. It’s reasonable design, stable working condition, and be coupled with oil filter device, ensures the oil system is clean. Oil pipe is made high-pressure soft pipe and sealing cover, to prevent oil leakage.

The electrical system adopts Japan Mitsubishi PLC control, movement of lower roller and side rollers is controlled by computer, adjust the level automatically, the number is display in digital screen, the precision is ±0.2mm. there’s overloading protection device, the machine will stop when wrong operation.

Max machine capacity is based on max rolling plate thickness (max prebending thickness), max rolling plate width, plate material and max. spec. min rolling plate diameter. The 4 factors can be changed according each other, the principle as following:

a. Technology rule, cold rolling cannot beyond max plate yield limit.

b. Machine condition rule, no slip and power condition. Based on these conditions, thickness ≤15mm is not suitable for this machine model. The minimum rolling diameter is 850mm, but the plate thickness should be less than 24mm. The detail relationship of width, thickness and rolling diameter will be supplied in operation manual.
