This machine is used in the H beam production line as a significant unit, the flange straightening machine is specially designed to straighten the flanges of welded H beams. Due to simple structure, convenient operation, high efficiency and reliable performance, our H beam flange straightening machine, developed for light duty H beam production line, has won great popularity among users.

3. Structure principle

The principle: two upper straight roller press two side of flange plate, one bottom roller support the center of flange , through the pushing of oil cylinder then up-press to the center of flange that reach to staightening the deformation of flange plate.

Web plate guiding device is used to positioning of H-beam, making sure the H-beam is at the center position of the main transmission roller. It is composed of guding wheel, expansion shaft, bolted flange and screw-bar.

Upper frame moving device is a manual screw-bar mechanism. It can adjust the distance of the two parts according to the H-beam size.
