2. Description:

This equipment is special used on the box beam line .It is composed of support part ,overturn table , positioning plate , pneumatic press part , overturn motor reducer ,gas circuit and control system .The overturn table can turn through bear basement line, which makes the workpiece have suitable welding position and angle.

Positioning plate can position different size of baffle plate .After positioning; the workpiece will be clamp by four group pneumatic press part.

Gas circuit system is composed pneumatic three-joint part, electromagnetic and pipe circuit .Supply the power and direction control for pneumatic press part.
