This type rolling machine can finish end plate prebending and rolling process in one time. It has tiny structure, beautiful look, economically cost, it’s perfect for rolling round and oval shape.

W11HNC-8*2000 arc down-adjusting 3-roller rolling machine is composed with upper roller, lower roller, transmission part, tilting device, machine frame, basement, sensor device, hydraulic system and electrical system.

The upper lower is fixed, the two ends are supported by aligning roller bearing, right side is fixed in machine frame hole, left side is in tilting bearing. When finished rolling plate, tilting cylinder comes down and the bearing tilts, pull out the workpiece. There’s balance-weight structure in upper roller end, ensures that upper roller is balanced when tilting bearing is down. Upper roller is assistant driving roller, driven by hydraulic motor, gear and chain.

The two lower rollers is fixed in machine frame, driven by hydraulic cylinder, it moves in arc way, the displacement is displayed in digital screen, the precision is ±0.2the asynchronous precision of the two lower rollers is controlled by NC system. Lower rollers are main driven rollers, driven by hydraulic motor and gear.
