Welding positioner is divided into tilting type, lift type, head and tail stock rotary type, turn table type, double rotary type, etc. Place the work-piece to the best welding or assembling position through lift, rotation and tilt of worktable. It also can be integrated controlled with welding manipulator or robot and form a automatic welding center. We can customized design and manufacture according to different types of work-piece of customer.

HBZ series welding positioner is composed of slewing gear of table, overturning gear of table, electrical control assembly and conduction of welding current. It has beautiful appearance and compact structure.

The table can turn in any orientation in the level it located, the operator can operating while welding. The transmission process of slewing gear: Y90S—4 ---- worm gear reducer ---- pinion, bull gear---- table.

Slewing speed of table is 0.05~0.5rpm, it use AC converter to adjust speed. The worm gear can be auto locked, that is to say when the table is inclined, the load is confirmed and its eccentricity is no more than stated range, the table cannot turn automatically. The eccentricity is limited by the load, the smaller of load, the bigger of eccentricity.
