2. Description:

This H beam ends assembly machine is used in the H beam horizontal production line. It can realize forming H-shape beam by spot welding on the two ends of the beam. This machine is mainly consists of mainframe, conveying roller, operation control system, hydraulic system, etc. The mainframe includes main machine rack, web plate raise and fall fix position system, fixed side workpiece clamp device, compress side workpiece clamp device,web plate fix position adjustment device, hydraulic and gas circuit assembly.
