Metal tube/ tank welding positioner can lift, turn and rotate the work piece to make the work piece to be in the best welding position.

We produce tilt type, elevator type, double column rotary type and others.
Our welding positioner can be matched with welding manipulator to become a welding center, and can also be matched with robotic machine to realize automatic welding operation. 

Welding positioner includes various types such as side lurch style, head and end rotary type, head and end tiltable style and etc. With gyration and upturning of working table, the welding and fitting can be located at the right position.

It is mainly used for overturning and switching some medium sized work pieces, such as shafts, discs cylinders to get the ideal welding position and speed. It is usually work with the equipment such as manipulator and welding machines to form the auto welding system. It is also can be used in manual welding assembling, polishing and crack-defection, etc.

The worm gear reducer box use 30# lubrication oil, other gears and shafts use lubricating grease. When first time use, change oil after one month, and then change oil every half year.
