CNC plasma cutting machine is a automatic high effective thermal cutting equipment that combines computer control with precision machinery and plasma. Its CNC cutting torch can cut board with any shape.

The machine is main composed of ∏ type frame, longitudinal gauge, transverse (CNC plasma/flame) cutting torch and CNC system. The driving beam and transverse beam all adopt box beam type welding structure, and are all been relieved stress after welding. It has a compact conformation and good performance. The longitudinal driving beam uses Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor to drive German NEUGART reducer, and then transmitted by rack and pinion. There are horizontal guiding rollers beside the driving beam, by adjusting its eccentric shaft, the guiding rollers can compress the guiding rail, thus ensure the steady and precision of the machine when running.
