2. Description:

This machine is the ideal equipment on automatic submerged arc welding of assembled H-shaped steel. Place the work-piece on the bracket and incline by 45 degree so that its welding will be in the flat position for fillet welding operation. The welding arm equipped with submerged arc welding head can mover horizontally and vertically along the beam of gantry frame so that the welding tip on the head can be aimed at the welding seam of the work-piece. The mechanical tracing device for welding seam is equipped at the front end of welding arm and the gantry frame can move straightly on the steel track for automatic welding. The machine is also equipped with flux automatic laying, recovery and treating device.

The machine consists of cart, column, boom, welding arm & tool carriage, mechanical welding torch tracing device, flux treating system, gas circuit and electrical control system.

3. Quality control:

IQC (Income quality control)

The purchase department is responsible for outsouring material incoming quality control. We are the machine manufacturer and need to purchase the small thing like screw, bolt, electrical components, CNC system; large raw material like metal plate, round pipe, square pipe, etc. We even need to purchase large machines for processing. So our purchasing department needs to choose the right supplier with good quality. We will choose 3 or 4 suppliers, and the quality is the most important thing when we need to evaluate. And then the price, warranty period, after-sale service, payment terms will be evaluated and compared. Through the comprehensive comparison of above factors, the supplier will be chosen and they are the qualified supplier who can meet Zhouxiang Standard. After confirming the supplier, the formal purchasing contract will be signed. For the outsourcing goods arrives our factory, we will arrange the inspection personnel for quality control. For semi-finished goods, we will inspect if there's appearance defects or damaged during transportation; the size of key components will be measured and checked; also check the nameplate according to the purchasing applied model. For raw material, we will check if there's rust on the surface, measure the thickness, classify the inspection report according to the composition of the material. Then, the purchasing department will ratify these suppliers and confirm the purchasing standard, and record it into purchasing system and establish the supplier documents.

CQC(Customer Quality Control)

During the customer inspection, they will check the appearance of the whole machine to see if there's defects on the painting surface, if the screw if tight, if the machine motion is flexible. And customer can also request the machine test running according to actual situation to check the machine using condition.
