The roller rotate adopts converter adjusting, the main electrical parts are from abroad. Such as converter from Schneider, breaker from SIEMENS. 

The whole machine operation can be concentrated on one remote control box. There is rotation speed indication, power, jerk (emergency) button, fault lamp etc and also rotate direction switch, rotation speed adjust knob, start, stop button etc.

There should be no abnormal noise and vibration when the machine start running. If occurs, you should debug them. After the workpiece was hoisted on the equipment, test running a circle to watch whether there are errors at the circumferential weld of workpiece and whether the workpiece cling to the rotator. If there are errors, you should adjust the depth of parallelism and straightness of the two units of rotators, making the workpiece and roller coincident well.
