2. Description:

This device, using the principle of three points defining one circle, is specialized equipment for rolling metal sheets into arc-shaped and cylindrical piece, which has the following actions:

1. The upper roller moves vertically. Power: hydraulic cylinder. Functions: to exert pressure on the plates to ensure that bending deformation occurs.

2. The lower rollers rotate. Power: electric motors. Functions: to move plates, and to exert pressure on them in order to make them bend and deform continuously to become cylinders.

3. The upper roller moves horizontally. Power: hydraulic cylinder. Functions: to change the distance between the upper roll and lower rollers to achieve plates end-prebending to reduce the length of remain edge.

4. Flipping Bearings flip and relocate. Power: Hydraulic cylinder. Functions: remove the finished cylinders.
