Shot Blasting Machine is designed and manufactured to clean the surface of the large section steel.It is most used for t removing the rust, scale and contamination from the steel surface of large scale H-Beam and I-Beam.This series shot blasting machine is most suitable for production floor in the construction industries, marine, off-shore oil & gas industries etc.
 

It is mainly used in building industry, bridge industry etc. It is used to eliminate the pressure and surface rust cleaning of large I-shaped steel and other steel construction parts.

During cleaning process, the dropped mixture of shot and dust through chamber shot collection bucket, longitudinal screw conveyer and shot chute and converged under hoister, and then through hoister and feed conveyer get to separator, then become waterfall of shot and dust by separator and blow away the dust by tuyere. The clean shot after separating fall into separator bucket, and then threw out by impeller head through shot conveying system.

Air dust from separator and cleaning chamber driving by ventilator through ducted line system and dedusting by filter duster, the efficiency can get to 99.9%. Air after purification release to atmosphere by chimney and dust grain is trapped and collected.
