After finished the H-beam assembling process, H-beam automatic SAW welding is required. This single cantilever type is equipped for H-beam automatic production line; while, it also can work individually. It adopts A.C. variable frequency control to realize back and forth welding. It has stable and reliable working and simple and convenient operation. Special designed arc-guiding rack can satisfy the welding requirements of small H-beam and star/cross beam.

The cantilever welding machine is controlled by imported AC frequency converter, which works stably and reliably. The function of quick returning is available. The tracking arc-guiding mechanism us designed as three-axis tracking, which can guarantee centering the welding seam correctly and no arc deflection. Coming with the welding flux automatic transmission recovery system, the main machine and welding machine adopts integrated linkage control, which facilitates operating and has the advantage of high efficiency.

It is used for heavy steel production line and super high H-beam submerged arc welding. The machine structure is cantilever arm table driven type. The machine is composed of working table travel device, cantilever frame, welding arm elevator, horizontal travel device, arc guide device, flux recovery system, automatic submerged arc welding system, electrical control system and etc. The frequency conversion motor driving system, drags the working table move as a unit, drives the guide arc device. The spring extension device make the guide arc device to force guide arc wheel working along the boat shaped seam. Flux recovery system effectively recover, separate used flux, and eliminate useless slag. It can ensure safe reuse of the flux.
