Corrugated plate forming machine is bending the plate by the coupling of upper and lower forming roller. Its lower forming roller is installed on machine frame, and upper forming roller is installed on adjustable slidding base. The slidding base can elevate the upper roller by lead screw and screw nut. The upper and lower forming roller share the same power unit, they are synchronious drive and with opposite rotating direction.

Main parameters of corrugated plate is thickness h, wave height a, wave distance q, thickness is 26mm, wave height is 4652mm, wave distance is 150200mm. Wave distance of this machine is 155mm
