2. Description:

Rolling process

a. The plate upright the roller shaft line , and put the plate between up-bottom roller, moving the bottom roller make right pre-bending ( make the plate and material frame in a line, compact the upper roller, reversing the bottom roller that make the plate back to the press-head position and doing pre-bending. 

b. Come –go rolling make finish the shape.

c. Moving the upper roller that make the left- pre-bending.

d. When the upper roller elevating, the bottom will back to the center, compact the upper roller again. Feeding the plate with several times and then finishing the rolling.

The elevating of the upper roller and horizontal moving of the bottom roller are adopting hydraulic .That supply the oil through the hydraulic system and control by the electric control hydraulic valve. This system is composed of motor, shaft pump, double gear wheel pump, oil tank, oil pipe, electric control valve and so on. The shaft pump drive the hydraulic motor and up roller .The two group of double gear pump will supply the driving for the left lifting of the up roller , left moving of the bottom roller , upper roller right lifting , the cylinder of the bottom roller right moving ,material frame cylinder .

This system is designed by specialized manufacturer.

The main machine part adopts single dry seedcake lubrication system which can reduce motor waste and prolong the life of machine. The closed lubrication of each transmission case adopts the method of erosion and spatter connection.
