Shot-blaster of this machine is made up of impeller, principal axis, principal axis basement, principal axis axletree, separating shot wheel, vane, directional cover, import pipe, etc. The shots go through import pipe than fall into separating wheel, after pre-accelerating the shots are shot off from directional cover window, then accelerated by vane continuously and strikes the workpiece strongly in high speed so that can reach the cleaning purpose. 

The electric contol system is fixed in the front of shot-blasting room, there is a close switch which maintains no blasting shooting in the no workpiece condition and decreases wastage when un-using to cut down manufacturer process expense. It is settled alarm function for blasting shot cycle system fault. Once piece of this system comes up fault, the parts above shall stop running automatically to avoid blasting shot and burn out motor equipment.
