The welding quality control is the most important link in the production process of H-section steel. The 60°overturning machine at one side of welding area through 3 oil cylinder drive 3 L type rack turning 45°synchronization. And cooperate with cantilever welding machine can do “ship type welding” of H-section steel at horizontal position, to improve welding quality.

This overturning machine is composed of base frame, synchronous link, oil pipe, oil cylinder (see drawing A). Base frame and synchronous link are welding components, can bear heavy load, transmission of hydraulic overturning is stable and reliable. 60° overturning machine mainly used with conveying machine and cantilever welding machine, its hydraulic control is together with conveying machine, sharing on set of hydraulic pump station. One group 6 L type rack through 3 oil cylinder and synchronous link to drive overturning, overturning angle can adjust by stroke switch, there should have scale on limit stop.

3. Quality control

The purchase department is responsible for outsouring material incoming quality control. We are the machine manufacturer and need to purchase the small thing like screw, bolt, electrical components, CNC system; large raw material like metal plate, round pipe, square pipe, etc. We even need to purchase large machines for processing. So our purchasing department needs to choose the right supplier with good quality. We will choose 3 or 4 suppliers, and the quality is the most important thing when we need to evaluate. And then the price, warranty period, after-sale service, payment terms will be evaluated and compared. Through the comprehensive comparison of above factors, the supplier will be chosen and they are the qualified supplier who can meet Zhouxiang Standard. After confirming the supplier, the formal purchasing contract will be signed. For the outsourcing goods arrives our factory, we will arrange the inspection personnel for quality control. For semi-finished goods, we will inspect if there's appearance defects or damaged during transportation; the size of key components will be measured and checked; also check the nameplate according to the purchasing applied model. For raw material, we will check if there's rust on the surface, measure the thickness, classify the inspection report according to the composition of the material. Then, the purchasing department will ratify these suppliers and confirm the purchasing standard, and record it into purchasing system and establish the supplier documents.
