Automatic clamp and centralize the web and flange, alignment and welding, can improve the working efficiency by more one time than similar products. The main engine drive is controlled by imported AC frequency adjustor to make sure stable and reliable. There is pilot arc device to ensure welding quality.

The positioning of web and flange is realized with hydraulic drive, on the two sides, the mechanical clamping and centralizing is acted synchronously, to ensure web and flange positioning with various sizes within allowed range.

The automatic centralizing is accurate and needless to adjust each time(no center deviation wheel for minor adjustment). When assembling, there is automatic hydraulic holding frame which can go up and down, to make sure web and flange are in matched position. The upper beam has 4pairs of guide on the left and right to make sure stabilization.

T beam is composed of one flange and one web, and H-beam is made of two flanges and a web. the position of them has direct impact on the qualified rate of finished H beam or T beam. H-beam and T beam assembling Machine can quickly and accurately spot weld the flanges and web together, which significantly improves the production efficiency.

For the T beam with slot on web, the upper roller of this assembly machine adopts the structure with several rollers, which can avoid the pressing roller falling into the slot and be stuck in slot.

This type of assembly machine has larger suitable ranges of H beam and T beam. It can rectify the web bending. Better positioning accuracy by means of multi-groups of guiding roller and eliminate the fishtailing phenomenon.
