Preceding welding machine focus the technology in mechanical, electric, hydraulic and pneumatic. First spot the end of H-beam, through single arc double wires submerged arc welding to form it H-beam.

Technical process

Put the assembled H-beam to assist position device→ Assist position device lift the web→ Enter into the assembling and welding machine→ Press the flange by main machine flange clamping device→adjust web’s height by main machine elevating device→ Press the flange by main machine side pressing device→ Press the web by main machine web clamping device→ Adjust the position of welding gun→ Turn on the flux feeding switch→ Turn on the recycling switch→ Start welding→ Finish welding→ Turn off flux feeding→ Turn off recycling switch
