This cantilever type electro-slag welding machine is mainly used for welding the seams between baffle plate and bottom plate of the box beam. The configuration fof this wire melt electro-slag welding machine is as follows:

a. 2 sets of welding power: America Lincoln DC-600 (including wire feeding system)

b. 2 sets of lifting device: Hangzhou FSA-SESW-I (including lifting mechanism, contact tube, welding oscillator, control box and cooling water box)

The stand column of this machine has a welded rectangle pipe structure. There’re guide rails on its two sides, so transverse arm can move up and down on it.

Lifting device is fixed on stand column. It is made up of motor reducer, shaft block, screw rod and screw. The screw is connected to lifting slider, and it can drive lifting slider and transverse arm to move up and down.
