2. Description:

This machine is mainly composed of frame assembly, maintransmission device, press down device, roller conveyor and electric controlling system. The frame adopts welding structure work piece and has been treated with stress releasing with compact structure and buautiful appearance. The main driving device realizeds transmission by motor through cyloid reducer-feed screw nut lifting-compression roller lifting.

The main transmission part is drived by a motor with speed reducer and the main transmission roller. The transmission roller transports the work-piece to the straightening machine. The material of upper roller is 40Cr, the wear risistance has been improved after the process of heat treatment and grinding.

The eletric control system is composed of controll box and operation box, and the control box is installated on the upper frame. The eletrical control system controls the forward/reverse turning of the main transmission motor and the straingtening motor.
