2. Description:

The longitudinal guide-ways of this plasma cutting machine firmed by pressure plate backing board and connecting sleeve, all made by high intensity track, all the contact surface of track have precision machining and accurate grinding racks are installed outside the guide-way. This installation method can guarantee the straightness and parallelism of guide-way. The transverse cutting torch is fixed on the transverse tool carriage. Its moving also realized by AC servo electric machine made in Japan Panasonic to drive the epicyclic decelerator made in SHIMPO ABLE, then drive gear and rack to work.

3. Plasma power:

Powermax85 plasma power made by American Hypertherm is popular in thick plate cutting area. It has advantages of high efficient. It can be applied in cutting pipes, Robert, 3-dimension pipe cutting and bevel cutting. It adopts dry-type plasma and single gas technique.

The output incurrent of Powermax is 20-80A, compressed air and nitrogen can be used to the gas supply to the machine.
