The lower rollers device of this kind rolling machine consists of lower rollers, the lower roller bearings frame, the lower roller gear and the lower-roller bearings. The material of upper roller is alloy steel, prepare martial ——Component Analysis - Forging - Surface Inspection - normalizing treatment - testing - roughing - quenched and tempered(hardness HB220260)——Finishing - Squeeze (hardness HB300). The lower roller will have a good comprehensive mechanical properties, and the heart part will be enough tough, strong, and the surface will characterized by high hardness and wear resistance, high density, hardness and wear resistance. The stiffness of the upper Roller is not on the line (1 / 1000) L of the national standard. 

The lower rollers use SF-2 non-oil lubricated bearings, whose inside is steel back, and then burn a layer of the steel ball type sintered bronze powder, change the surface layer into modified POM three-tier composite material. Running at low speed, its maximum carrying capacity can be up to 140Mpa. It will remain as high as 120Mpa within 105 using times.

The level moving device is powered by a horizontal movement motor, the horizontal moving of the upper roller device is achieved by using worm and gear boxes, worm and gear, screw thread on the parent body, to realize a non-symmetrical plate rolling.
