2. Description:

This machine adopts PLC programmable control system, grating ruler, digital display for upper roller vertical elevation, horizontal movement’s distance, it has simple and reliable manipulation .

grating ruler is responsible for synchronical movement of two heads of upper roller, it gets feedback to PLC, while PLC auotmatically start and close motor direction valve to adjust elevation of two heads to get precise synchronical movement .

Supporting roller device of this machine is composed of supporting roller, adjusting mechanism, and wedge mechanism.

The supporting roller made of 45 steel is treated by quenching and tempering,and its hardness is HB217-255.The hardness of roll surface is less than the surface hardness of the lower roller,and the surface is used turning spiral groove , effectively prevents the oxide skin, impurities damaging the lower roller when rolling the plate.

The supporting roller has totally 4 rollers in one group.According to the load size when rolling, to adjust up and down.

Reasonbale lubrication of surface can reduce power consumation and increase using life. Oiliness lubrication and fixed-time lubrication are chosen according to different conditions. Oiliness lubrication is used in main drive hard gear reducer, qorm gear in horizontle movement device and worm gear reducer .

While motorised dry oil pump concentrate lubrication is used in upper roller rolling shaft , down roller rolling shaft and upper roller ‘s horizontal shaft.

Overturning device consists of overturning rack, overturning tank pin, frame etc.. Overturning cylinder adopts with a single-stage cylinder,And the cylinder piston rod is treated with Plate chromium.
Overturning device turns the side rank over,and make it easy to take out the workpiece along the roller axle direction easily.Then complete the discharge work steps.After the overturning rack reset,you can start to roll another plate.
