2. Description:
The welding positioner is mainly composed of worktable revolving unit and tilting unit. By worktable elevation, work-piece fixed on the worktable can be placed to ideal position for welding and assembly. For the reason of eccentric-distance and gravity-center-distance, slightly higher model should be selected for longer work- piece and work-pieces of which gravity-center has greater offset. This machine also can be customized if you have any special requirement for the machine.
Elevating L-type welding positioner may drive the workpiece rotation and turning . The workpiece may revolve 360 ° and weld the circle seam . L-frame can turn the workpiece 360 ° . The workpiece may up/down by the motor. Change the workpiece seam to the well position for welding of complex components and special shapes.
Attention : The up/down stroke can be customized according to the customer requirements.
