Hydraulic system of this rolling machine is professionally manufactured, with unique capacity and reliable quality . Hydraulic oil pump is used for elevation of upper roller, overturning and positioning movement of overturing side frame, it works by oiling from hydraulic system and electrically controlled hydraulic valve.

Hydraulic system is composed of motor, high pressure oil pipe ,gear pump group, various hydraulic valve, oil box and other accessories.

Hydraulic system is composed of pressure control loop, speed control loop and direction control loop. The system can offer two kinds of pressure, hydraulic valve is Sandwich plate valve, which can adjust pressure,speed and direction.

Pressure control loop adjusts system’s working pressure by two overflow valves , system pressure can be set 18Mpa and 14Mpa, overflow valve can also act as pressure limit protection.the synchronical elevation of upper roller is controlled through throttles in two main oil pumps, raster rulers on both sides exports position signal, PLC comparation, adjustment, exports control signal. The synchronical precision of upper roller can reach ±0.20mm. The overturning and positioning of side frame gets speed from pump valeve to realise stable requirement.

There is pressure relay inside hydraulic system, when pressure gets too big beyond rated, it can stop pressing to protect the machine.
