The rotation structure of positioner is driven by the name brand motor. The worktable adopts AC frenquency conversion speed, large range and variable speed and high precision and weld at need position can be achieved.The turning structure of worm and gear has the function of self-lock, and the worktable can be turned steplessly between 0~120°. Table of welding positoner has centre through hole and slots, which is convenient for placing the work-piece. it can also improve the accuracy and quality of welding.

It is used concentrated electrical control, its button switches all on the electrical control box. The slewing speed is controlled by AC converter, the control switch has indicator of slewing, reverse slewing, slewing stop and slewing speed adjustment. The overturning inclined angle of table is 0~120° it can overturning up and down. The limited overturning degree is controlled by limit switch which has simple operation and high reliability.

The welding current is conducted by carbon rod on the rotating shaft of table through weaving soft copper wire connect to bottom of frame.
