This kind of machine is composed of ∏-type rack, longitudinal guide-way, longitudinal torch, transverse torch (CNC plasma), gas-supply system and CNC system. Both drive and idler end /cross beam are adopted box-beam welding structure and have stress relief treatment after welding. So it has compact structure and artistic appearance.

The plasma power is installed in cross beam or fixed on the ground. And the plasma torch is installed on the elevator. The auto elevating needs arc voltage height adjuster, making sure the cutting height to the plate is stable.
