This series welding rotator is designed based on welding work piece creep in rotating direction, the work piece makea spiral movement in the swivel to produce axial movement - driven by the roller lifter, change the axis of the helix angle of work piece between the roller axis,thus change the work piece position in rotating direction. This machine absorbs the abroad advanced manufacturing experience, extremely suitable for heavy work piece with high and stable strip cladding and narrow gap welding. 

Testing device

The benchmark channeling wheel frame is the end face of the workpiece. Detecting end of the workpiece must be metal processing surface flatness not more than ± 1mm, the results of such testing to ensure the accuracy of channeling. There is a front end detecting means fine small roller, the roller end surface against a work piece with a compression spring, slight axial movement of the workpiece, and accordingly moving the roller, the displacement sensor is subsequently moved to the information notified to the electrical signal power control box control system, treated and then fed back to the correction motor means, for correcting the forward or reverse rotation or not, the cycle can be adjusted to control the workpiece runout.

The testing device can elevate,reached the detection roller and the alignment of different diameter of the work piece end face. As well as fine adjustment mechanism, under the action of the compression spring, the detection roller is always close to the work piece face. The device is easy to install, easy to adjust and flexible.
