Welding manipulator together with roller frame, positioner and etc. To weld the tube inside and outside circular seam, corner seam, outside and inside longitudinal seam.

According to customer specific need, various structures, welders, and assistant devices like tracking, sway, monitor, flux recovery and transmission are optional for users. Besides, we can also design and manufacture the exact type suited for users too.

This welding manipulator is moving with rotating type. It is composed of trolley(traveling car), column, boom, head, elevating mechanism, rotating mechanism and control box. Boom elevating is carried out by motor driving worm gear reducer and chain wheel, then elevate boom through chain.

Boom expansion is controlled by AC frequency, the expansion speed of boom is adjusted by potentiometer, when expanding(stretching) clockwise, then the speed is becoming higher, when expanding(stretching) anticlockwise, then speed becomes lower.
