2. Description:

Rotation mechanism of this welding turning table: it is located between base frame and working table and it composed of gear box, motor, rotation bearing etc. It is worm reduction gear, ratio is 600, output torque is big and run stable. Rotation bear is high-quality and external , with good stiffness and big loading capacity. Rotation mechanism is drived by motor, reduce speed through gear box, then through output gear drive rotation bear to move.

Rotation speed is converter stepless speed-adjuting, adjust the speed of the working table within range of 0.02~0.2rpm, in order to meet the welding requirement of different size of workpiece.

Electric conduction device : welding currency is connected to the machine base through electric conduction device behind working table, welding currency allowed is 1000A.
