2. Description:

Corrugated web H beam assembly machine is mainly used for assembly and spot welding for H beam flange and corrugated web.For realizing to confirm the relative position of flange and web before entering the mainframe, flange and web pre-centering device is driven by hydraulic oil cylinder via four connecting rod mechanism. The mainframe adopts frame type structure.

It is equipped with oil cylinder pressing device at upper part of the machine, which is used for pressing the flange and web after automatic centering. There’s flange and web automatic centering and clamping devices in the middle of the machine. Through hydraulic motor driving right and left lead screw and screw nut transmission separately, it can realize H beam flange and web automatic centering separately. There’s main transmission system at the bottom of the machine. It will provide motive power for main transmission roller and driving conveyor through motor and reducer to deliver the H beam.

Technical process: Roller convey→flange, web pre-cenering→flange, web auto centering and clamping→manual spot welding→roller convey
