2. Description:

Welding positioner consists of working table rotation unit and tilting unit. By the working table elevating, the workpiece can be positioned and achieve the welding position by the worktable tilting and rotating. The working table rotating is controlled by variable frequency and stepless, which could get the satisfied welding speed.

This positioner is head and tail positioner which adopts fixed way. Tail frame adopts electric mobile way. It can suitable for different length work-piece. The work-piece can be overturned by head frame driving device, so that it can make the best position to weld conveniently. Meanwhile the equipment can be combined with other welding equipment to achieve automatic welding. It can increase productive efficiency and improve quality.
