This machine is composed of trolley(traveling car), column, boom, head, elevating mechanism, rotating mechanism and control box. Boom elevating is carried out by motor driving worm gear reducer and chain wheel, then elevate boom through chain. (LCH2×2 is driven by screw mandrel). Boom expansion is controlled by AC frequency. Column and boom is connected through elevating mechanism; column and trolley is connected through rotating mechanism.

Inside rotating mechanism there is a rotation bearing installed, it is motor driven rotation. At the front end of boom it is installed with a cross trimming mechanism, which can do electrical trimming up, down, left and right.

The electrical control cabinet is used to control power on and off, trolley forward and backward, boom elevating, boom expansion and column rotating. For the convenience of operator, we connect a remote control box out of the electrical control cabinet ,which is installed with boom speed regulation potentiometer, boom elevating button, boom expansion button, trolley forward and backward button, column rotating button, buttons of cross trimming mechanism for left, right, up and down and speed indicator for boom expansion.
