Main transmission system is one set of reducer drives main transmission shaft to rotate through chain and chain wheels, then the workpiece is conveyed at rated speed to keep main machine and conveying roller move at the same path, main machine drives the conveying roller rotate through chains .

Web clamping system and flange clamping system is the crucial part to decide assembly precision, also the unique creation about this machine. in this machine, the hydraulic motor drives one group( 2 sets or 3sets) of worm reducers, each worm reducer drives one set of gear transmission device, while gear transmission device can drives two symmetrical flange or web clamping devices, guide and guide screw (which can move forward and back) of symmetrical flange or web clamping device can push web or flanges to middle part of main machine .the advantage of this machine is to use hydraulic motor to replace old type oil pump, use gear transmission to replace chain transmission, thus solve the problem of limited oil pump gauge and gear tooth out of the chain, in this way, the width of flange expands from 800mm to 1000mm, thickness expands from 40mm to 80mm, then greatly improves assemble precision.
