Hydraulic system and electrical control system of this H beam assembly machine controls the elevation of upper pressing cylinder, clamp and loose of assisting support cylinder, movement forwarder and back of web. Flange clamping motor, elevation of welding gun movement cylinder, movement forwarder and back of main transmission motor.

Main machine motor is frequency control, with conveying speed range 0.6—6m/min. when it adopts auto assembling system, the operator can set length of spot-welding and non-loading by PLC programmable controller.

Draw bar box is a device for general centering of web and flange before assembling. Its working principle is oil cylinder drives web and flange rotating beam, then directional wheel on web and flange rotating beam moves near plate. The name of draw bar box comes from one movement---one cylinder drives one group (2pairs or 3 pairs rotating beam) to work together.

Conveying roller is for carrying and conveying the workpiece, it is composed of rotatable tank and frame. In order to keep the same speed between conveying roller and main machine, the rotation of conveying roller tank is driven by chains, which are from main machine.
