2. Description:

Double 90° hydraulic overturning machine has 3 pcs in one group. They are driven by one separate hydraulic station and can be operated in one electric control box. This machine is mainly used for overturn the welded H-beam 180°, to make it convenient for another two seams latter welding.

Each overturning machine is composed by one base frame, two L type rotating arms, two overturn hydraulic cylinders, and one align hydraulic cylinder. Each L type rotating arm can rotate 90°, so two arms can realize 180° overturn by relaying. Align hydraulic cylinder is used for pushing the workpiece from former rotating arm to latter rotating arm and aligning.

3. Technical process

The conveyor roller behind preceding welding machine transport the spot welded H-beam onto mobile hydraulic overturning machine → front overturning machine overturn the H-beam 90°→ after overturning machine overturn the H-beam 90° → conveyor roller transport the workpiece to latter welding machine.
