2. Description:

H beam is composed of one web and two flanges, and it is the welding metal structure assembled according to certain position relationship of flange and web, widely used in industry, agriculture, building industry, etc.

HZJ0818 type assembling machine consists of mainframe (1 set), powered roller conveyer (one section front and back of the mainframe for each), idle roller conveyer (2 sections front and back of the mainframe for each), powered draw rod box (1set), idle rod box (1set), hydraulic system (1 set), electric control system (1 set) and so on,also equipped with two sets of CO2 gas shielded welding machine for automatic spot welding.

The assembly machine is the new designed machine which summarizes many years' H-beam equipment production experience, under the premise of fully absorb the same industry product advantages. The structure and performance is superior to the traditional products.

Web clamping device:Two groups of web plate fastening device for synchronous movement, through the coupling and the shaft connection between two groups.Total power of the motor drive gear reducer, and then through a screw transmission so that the web clamp sliding seat together to walk in the middle.Web clamping mechanism of two side by clamping bolt tightening on the sliding seat directly, through the shaft linkage with open or shrink, to meet the requirements of the web the clamping, realized the machine automatically.

Flange clamp device:Two sets of wings clamp lock mechanism for synchronous movement, through the coupling and the shaft connection between two groups.Total power of the motor drive gear reducer, and then through a screw transmission so that the web clamp sliding seat together to walk in the middle.Wing clamp on two sides of the clamping seat directly to tighten bolts on the sliding seat through the shaft linkage with open or shrink, to meet the requirements of wing plate clamp, realized the machine automatically.
