This is our newed designed heavy duty H beam assembly machine with three meter web height, 1 meter flange width. For old type assembly machine, the positioning and centering method is: manual positioning of one head and manual examine to confirm directional wheel’s position, another head clamped by directional wheel, which is driven by cylinder.

Now the assembly machine adopts combination of hydraulic transmission and mechanic transmission, push directional wheels on two sides to the center of main machine, the finish auto centering and clamping.

This machine adopts PLC programable controller to control the full processes of H-beam clamping, alignment and positioning, spot welding, which has rapid speed and high effeciency.
