2. Description:

This preceding welding machine consists of mechanical part, electric part, hydraulic and pneumatic part. It make submergerd arc welding for the H beam after ends spot welding. The technical process if as follows,

a. Put the assembled H-beam to assist position device

b. Assist position device lift the web

c. Enter into the assembling and welding machine

d. Press the flange by main machine flange clamping device

e. adjust web’s height by main machine elevating device

f. Press the flange by main machine side pressing device

g. Press the web by main machine web clamping device

h. Adjust the position of welding gun

i. Turn on the flux feeding switch

j. Turn on the recycling switch

k. Start welding, then finish welding

l. Turn off flux feeding
