The welding positioner includes various types such as sidelurch style, head & end single rotary type, head & end double rotary style and etc. With gyration and upturning of working table, the welding and fitting can be located at the right position. If connected with other welding devices, it can be turned into a half-automatic or full automatic welding machine. The gyration of working table can use electromagnetic speed variation or frequency control.

Because of eccentricity and gravity, it is better to choose a bigger type for long workpieces or those with too much gravity center deviation.the shape and weight of workpieces, process and working method are provided, our company shall supply a prompt scheme for your reference.

According to the specialty of work-piece, this welding positioner can be inclining and overturning 0°~120°. It can stop and move at any position in this range, the limited position of inclined degree is controlled by limit switch. The transmission process of inclined gear is: (YEJ90L—4) ---- worm gear reducer (I=31.5) ---- chain wheel speed reducer (i=1.45) ---- pinion, transition pinion, bull gear (i=13.1) ---- table. The inclining speed of table is 0.22rpm, the worm gear can be auto locked, during the rated load range, the table cannot incline and move automatically. The distance between loading CG and table is limited by load, the smaller of load, the bigger of CG. (See the drawing below)
