2. Description:

The electric system of this rolling machine is composed of control box, operation table, and hand button box. The machine is PLC controlled, less relay, reliable action and long-time using time.

There are all control buttons, indicator light; display meter on the control box .That will guide the working of the plate.

The electric control system has the following protection:

a. The motor has the over current protection through the corresponding breaker;

b. The motor has the overload protection through the heat relay;

c. Lifting of the upper roller and horizontal moving of the bottom roller are having the limit protection;

d. There are up-down limit button for the overturning and reposition for the side frame;

e. The overall power breaker has the off-button .There has the urgent button on the operation table and overturning side frame. That can cut off the power in long distance.

In order to avoid to wrong operation, there are having many mutual lock and link lock. After reposition of the overturn frame, the upper roller will elevate and all the action will make.
