Latter welding machine focus the technology in mechanical, electric, hydraulic and pneumatic. It can weld the spot welded H-beam completely by single arc double wires submerged arc welding.

Technical process

Conveyor roller transport the H-beam to latter welding machine → Main machine elevating device adjust web’s height → Press the flange by main machine side pressing device → Press the web by main machine web clamping device → Adjust the position of welding gun→ Turn on the flux feeding switch→ Turn on the recycling switch→ Start welding→ Finish welding→ Turn off flux feeding→ Turn off recycling switch
