This H beam assembly machine is applicable to big size H beam with 2 meter web height, it is also applicable to different kinds of H beam steel such as symmetrical, eccentricity and variable cross-section assembly and spot-weld. Adopting twin direction automatic centering unit, it can automaticlly accomplish steel plate centering fixing, no need manual adjusting. There are four groups of web clamping roller front and back arranged and adopts up and down two layer combinable structure.

The aided clamping mechanism is used to clamp web, which width is more than 1500mm, it is driven by hydraulic cylinder, and can elevating along upright post, one of the aided clamping wheels is located by manual, the other one is pushed by hydraulic cylinder to clamping web.
