H-beam assembly machine can realize the web and flange assembly by automatic CO2 tack welding. Web and flange centering and clamping units fix the beam first, and then the PLC controlled CO2 welders weld the beam. Main machine is driven by A.C. inverter, stable and reliable. Upper press-beam is guided through left and right four rails, ensuring steady clamping of long time use.
 

This heavy duty H beam flange automatic assembly machine is a special equipment for heavy duty H beam steel with maximum web height 2.5meter. It is mainly for leveling the h-type steel flange which its figure was deformed, when it being welding. It has feature of easy operating, high efficiency, reliable working etc. It mainly consists of the following  components: Main frame,upper gate frame,synchronous clamping and centralizing system of web and flange, main transmission motor reducer etc.

The clamping and alignment web plate and flange plate will be done in this machine, there also have automatic tack-welding. The machine consists of alignment system, conveyor rolls, hydraulic and electrical system, etc. upper pinch roller adopts for groups of rials which will ensure stable assembling and easy operation.

Main drive roller moving roller components:The motor drives the cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and then through the sprocket, chain transmission, drive the main drive roller rotation (attached drive roller 2 group), making walking H beam.
