2. Description:

This machine is our new kind of bending equipment which composed of main body, down roller, supporting roller, mould, transmisssion part, NC digital display, electrical system and hydraulic system. By changing different module, this machine can bend various kind of steel profile such as angle iron, channel steel, flat iron, round steel, pipe etc. It is widely used in oil industry, chemical industry, hydropower, shipbuilding industry and machinery manufacture industry.

3. Features
a. Uses the microcomputer control, automatic bending;
b. Safety: the emergency stop button on the bending arm;
c. Dialogue operation, easy to study and understand;
d. High pipe-bending precision up to ±0.15°;
e. 1000 groups pipe-bending information storage, all angles work forms a coherent whole;
f. The mandrel automatically in and out, saving much time;
g. Suitable for bending steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, copper pipe, aluminum pipe, etc;
h. Can install auxiliary push die, low returning-core function, can bend thin pipes;
i. Special fitting: special mold, anti-wrinkle board, auxiliary push installation, etc.
