This arc down-adjusting 3-roller bending machine is a special device which is used for profile bending. It can bend round and arc-type work-piece. It is widely used in oil, chemical industry, ship building, hydroelectric power, metal structure and mechanical manufacturing.

The principle is:Three points form into a circle, and then bend metal profile from straight state to arc or cylinder type. It has the following motions:

a. Down roller up and down: power: hydraulic oil cylinder; Function: give profile pressure and make it bend.

b. Rotary motion of up and down roller: power: hydraulic motor; Function: move profile to cylinder type gradually. The down roller is main drive, and the up roller is assistant drive.

c. Supporting roller up and down: power: hydraulic oil cylinder; function: meet profiles with different specifications needs

d. Rotary motion of supporting roller: power: hydraulic oil cylinder;
