Corrugated web H beam welding line is a new type meterial for construction, it is widely used for bridge, pillar, frame steel structure building. Its web plate is in corrugated shape, and can save 30% plate material than normal flat web H beam under same strength, especially when making large span beam, crane beam, etc. The span of 1.5m corrugate web H beam can be 40 meters which is with a bright development.

3. Machine components

This machine is mainly consists of V shape frame; hydraulic loading cart; hydraulic expand decoiler; Hydraulic pressing and guide, shovel end, striaghten end, clamping device; Guiding aligning device, etc.

a. V shape frame: 2pcs

b. Hydraulic loading cart: 1set, with load capacity 25T, it can move and lifting row material by hydraulic cylinder, motor drive and four wheel guide rail running

c. Hydraulic expand decoiler: 2sets with load capacity 25T, it is compoased of railtype base, frame, breaker, decoil shaft, hydraulic expand device, decoil disk, and hydraulic pushing centering device. This decoiler can centering individual or synchronical left and right, expand inner diameter φ476~φ520mm, φ576~φ620mm

d. Hydraulic pressing and guide, shovel end, striaghten end, clamping device: 1set.This mechanism is made up of frame type base, hydraulic pressing and guiding arm, straighten end device, hydraulic shovel end device, hydraulic clamping and feeding device, and driven device.

e. Guiding aligning device: 1set, it is composed of rail type base, movable flat plate, adjusting device, and multi-roller type wheel.
